About the Space

The venue is located in an industrial area. The parking lot has 23-24 free parking spaces (2 of which are marked for the handicap). There is additional parking on the street in the vicinity of the venue (do not block the driveways/entrances of other nearby businesses). The event space comes with white marble tiled floors, beautiful brick walls and one wall with white draping (optional). The venue includes a prep kitchen with couterspace and a built-in bar for beverage servicing and a double door refrigerator. There is a separate area that can be utilized for food service, photo-ops (360 photobooth or backdrops); breakout sessions, or a conference room. There are multi-private stalled restrooms for men and women.
