This event space is used as an outdoor music venue in a rural setting surrounded by horse farms, with a quaint century-old house nestled in the woods that serves as the green room, stage, lounge, and dressing room with a private bath. The audience seating area is 30' x 50' with a mix of tables and chairs that can seat up to 200 people and accommodate a 30' x 50' tent. A small barn for extra storage and three restrooms for attendees and one with an extra shower also on location. This space is private and would be perfect for a production location or a private music production location complete with sound equipment.
