Smaller intimate studio space that’s perfect for photo and video shoots with teams of 1-5 people. Also good for those that may want to do massages or provide other intimate services and simply need a private space to work in. NOTE: this is the living room converted into a studio. Slightly scuffed but cared for hardwood floors. Smoke free space, free of smells/odors. Two low sitting modern couches. Windows allow natural lighting. The basic backdrop stand and clothing rack are included in any rental package but vintage & retro props can be added as well as in-house styling or extra light equipment.
