Custom-designed chic studio office "shed" with lean-to roof design and deck are situated among the oak trees of Orinda, California. You very likely may see deer and almost certainly squirrels. This intimate space just feels like important and productive things happen here. Great for: * Small team or client meetings - 6-8 people comfortably depending on configuration * Escape your home for a critical Zoom call * Coaching or therapy sessions * Indoor / outdoor experience - french doors open onto deck * Day and evening uses * Photo or film shoot Features: * Wall mounted flatscreen TV viewable indoor / outdoor * One indoor couch, one outdoor couch plus additional chairs available (6) * Desk setup - includes ring light and mic for video chats * Deck and furniture with two large umbrellas * Space with a table to set up food for coffee / meal * An additional non-finished outdoor brick patio below the deck can also be creatively used (inquire) Important to Know: * Our space is located on a residential property but separate from the main house on the opposite side of the driveway. * Five steps down to pathway that leads to the space. * Restroom uses a Swedish composting toilet; no smells! A second, standard restroom is available in the main house. Note: Production shoots may require a city permit depending on size - simply inquire.
