About the Space

An intimate theatre located inside a historic Burbank playhouse that has been producing theatre since 1979, just minutes from major studios. Featuring a raised stage, 48 house seats, and a surprisingly spacious backstage area, the venue is an ideal space for rehearsals, workshops, readings, classes, small productions, and photo or video shoots. The Space It covers about 1,900 sq ft. The stage is 20' x 18', raised 12". The house is about 24' x 20', with 48 seats. The tech booth sits at the back of the house. Backstage A backstage crossover hallway connects three dressing rooms (including a large dressing room with two dressing tables), two restrooms, and several storage rooms. There's plenty of room for cast, crew, and talent holding. Front of House A 24' x 12' lobby opens onto Victory Blvd, great for check-in, holding, or craft services. Access Street entrance on Victory Blvd and a rear exit to the alley for load-in. Great For Rehearsals, acting classes, workshops, auditions, staged readings, small performances, film and photo shoots, and intimate events.
