About the Space

This is a flexible filming and production space located in Midtown Manhattan, designed to support filming, interviews, content creation, and small-scale productions. The space works well for on-camera interviews, branded content, editorial shoots, remote recordings, and general filming. It can also function as a workspace for production teams, with four desks available that can be easily wheeled out of the way if needed. The layout is open and adaptable, allowing furniture and setups to be rearranged depending on the production requirements. Fiber internet, use of the overhead lighting grid and studio lighting, and access to furniture within the space. Lighting conditions can be fully controlled. The rug area measures 12 ft × 18 ft (216 sq ft) and sits directly beneath the overhead lighting grid. The full usable area, from the entryway to the studio walls, measures 34 ft × 20 ft (680 sq ft). The space is acoustically treated with Acoustic America sound panels installed across the ceiling, along with blackout curtains and sound blankets fitted to the windows for light and sound control. Lighting includes Nanlite FS-300B and FS-60B bi-color LED monolights with softboxes. If you look at the floor plan, this listing refers to Studio One. The office includes two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and coffee area. The overall studio footprint is 2,250 sq ft, and this listing is for the upper room only, Studio One. The entire studio can also be rented. Please refer to the floor plan for the layout. This is available under a separate listing. Renting the full space is ideal if you need additional room for talent holding, hair and makeup, or equipment staging.
