In-Ground Pool with lounge chairs, shaded sections, and space that can be set up as needed. The patio has room for seating and tables, with trees providing privacy and a natural backdrop. The layout works well for both recreation and production use. Guests are required to have their own insurance coverage in case of injury or accident. General Use • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. • Maximum number of guests allowed: [determined by rental]. • Children must always be supervised by an adult. Safety & Liability • No diving, running, or rough play on or around the pool. • No glass or breakable containers near the pool. • Life jackets or floatation devices must be used for non-swimmers. • Host is not liable for injuries or accidents. Guests assume full responsibility. Cleanliness • Shower before entering the pool. • No food or drinks in the pool. • All trash must be placed in designated bins. • Sunscreen/oils must be applied at least 15 minutes before entering to avoid residue buildup. Behavior & Noise • No loud music or disruptive behavior. • No smoking, vaping, drugs, or excessive alcohol in or around the pool area. • Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after [9pm]. Property Protection • Do not tamper with pool equipment, pumps, or filters. • Furniture and pool toys must be returned to their original place. • Any damages will be charged to the renter. Booking Rules • Only registered guests are allowed. No outside visitors without prior approval. • Overtime is charged per Giggster’s overtime policy. • Events or parties require host approval in advance.
