Hello everyone! We are a boat repair and maintenance company located in the picturesque West Vancouver. Recently, we completed a major renovation of the whole facility and a spacious building that boasts breathtaking ocean views. While our primary focus remains on boat repair and maintenance, we realized that a portion of this incredible space remains unused. It's too much of a hidden gem to leave unoccupied, so we are eager to transform it into a vibrant hub for creative and talented individuals. Our venue offers a unique blend of industrial charm and natural beauty, providing an inspiring backdrop for a variety of events and activities. We offer a stunning 2000 sq ft space with panoramic ocean views, complemented by an inviting outdoor patio, ample parking, and direct access to the water for a variety of aquatic activities. Additionally, we have a barge on the water available for rent, providing a truly unique setting. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a music concert, which was an unforgettable experience.
