The space sits behind our 2500 sf set design fabrication shop. We have about 1000 sf open in this 2500 sf room that is used primarily for storage. Ceilings are 13+ feet tall and floors are grey painted concrete. We can provide set building services and our (x35) 5' x 8' photo flats are available for rent. The building has plenty of electrical power in both 110v and 220v and outlets are everywhere.
