About the Space

The space is comprised of two spaces divided with a central wall and 8’ x 10’ doorway. Ceilings are 12+' with pipes and air compressor lines and power. The building has plenty of electrical power in both 110v and 220v and outlets are everywhere. The front 2500 sq' is a fabrication studio where the bathroom, slop sink area, office and eating room are located. The space has wood working tools and equipment, lumber, paint and hardware storage and a spray booth. The back 2500sq' is an open space. With wall flats, jacks, packing materials, various props and craft storage and a small metal fabrication area. We can provide prop and set building services including backdrops, scenic textures and finish. Our 4'x10' and 5' x 8' photo flats and jacks are available for rent.
