Welcome to my live + work studio loft. I'm a photographer and the space is an ideal place for photo & video productions of all sizes. CSI Photo Rentals and ACME Prop + Furniture Rentals are both located next door and the space includes various Grip and Equipment at no additional charge. The interior of this residential loft located inside an old textile factory is both minimalist and industrial featuring dark stained wood furniture and accented with zen green plants. The morning light bounces off the warm brick building next door for a beautiful warm light that slowly transitions into streaming sunbeams through the 4 large windows. The streets outside are covered with incredible graffiti artworks with large sidewalks on both sides for location shooting.
