La salle, située au rez-de-chaussée, reçoit beaucoup de lumière naturelle directe toute la journée par ses deux grandes portes de garage vitrées ainsi que sa vitrine. La bâtisse est située dans un cul-de-sac, ce qui permet de prolonger les évènements à l'extérieur sans déranger le voisinage. The space includes a large 400 sq. ft. mezzanine, a small DJ mezzanine, two bathrooms, a cloakroom and a kitchen that can be used as a bar. Located on the ground floor, the room receives plenty of direct natural light all day through its two large glass garage doors as well as its large window. The building is located in a dead end and makes it easy to host events that extend outside without disturbing the neighbourhood.
