About the Space

This newly renovated space has been designed to be an inspirational place for you to host meetings, conferences, presentations, workshops, training, seminars, and more! The modern furnishings have been specifically chosen for easy movement and to accommodate a variety of layouts. It boasts an open-floor layout with industrial-modern interior furnishings, community-inspired decor, and greenery to bring the outdoors inside. Our space features two 50-inch Samsung 4K Ultra HD QLED Smart TV's with Wi-Fi connectivity for wireless laptop, computer, and smartphone projection and an in-house coffee bar and Nespresso maker. The best part is all payments benefit the D'Andre D. Lampkin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Therefore, your fee is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Under the CARES Act, in 2020 and 2021, taxpayers who do not itemize may receive a tax deduction of up to $300 for donations to 501(c)(3) organizations. Consult your tax adviser to see how this may apply to you. We even have our own driveway entrance from the 10 freeway Holt Blvd exit which brings you directly to our building.
