About the Space

Our open plan loft is located in Chinatown of Los Angeles. The live/work loft has beautiful natural light from south facing windows, has modern and minimalistic aesthetic with cement floors. The usable space is approximately 1,300 sq ft (the loft itself is larger). Feels very NY with the the metro train passing by the windows. The large windows provide beautiful light and the open floor plan lends itself to multiple uses for company off-sites, photoshoots, filming, trainings, lectures, workshops and events. Recording sound: the space is not soundproof and has some ambient city sound as well as the metro train passing Ceiling height varies from 10 to 14 ft.
