Welcome to our versatile industrial-style studio located in the heart of Toronto's King West neighbourhood. Spanning 1,000 sq ft, this creative space is meticulously designed to cater to a variety of productions, including photography, film, podcasts, and culinary shoots. Studio Features Room 1: A dedicated photo studio (11x12 ft) equipped with a makeup station or could be used as a green room, perfect for pre-shoot prep. Room 2: A spacious main studio (15x30 ft) boasting high ceilings ideal for large-scale productions, events, socials and markets. Room 3: A sound-treated podcast studio/office (10x10 ft), ensuring crisp audio recordings. Amenities Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, suitable for culinary demonstrations and food photography. Blackout curtains and paper backdrops to control lighting. High-speed Wi-Fi to support live streams and real-time collaborations. Wheelchair accessible facilities to ensure inclusivity for all clients. Accessibility & Parking One on-site parking spot available for clients. Proximity to nearby parking lots/structures for additional vehicles. Street-level access facilitates easy load-in and load-out of equipment. Our studio's strategic location in Toronto makes it an ideal choice for creative professionals seeking a flexible and well-equipped space. Please Note: This is one studio in the building - this is not a buyout of the entire space. Access to the kitchen and washroom is included. Studio staff will be on site during bookings Ticketed events are required to book at the event rate. Theatre and non-profit companies may book at the "meetup rate".
