In the heart of Old Hollywood, at the edge of Larchmont Village and blocks away from the Paramount Studios, our home is a 1912 Californian Craftsman fully restored to its original glory. An exclusive, unique space showcasing large dark stained wooden beams, windows and French doors. Hardwood flooring throughout, our home is artistically decorated with an industrial-chic designed interior. Hues of olive greens and mustard yellows, finished with vintage light fixtures and metal furniture, are enhanced by charming one of a kind hand-picked vintage pieces. Art hangs on the walls throughout the house framed by vintage candle sconces. We offer an environment that values creativity and intellect and will inspire the artistic drive within you! Our home boasts one master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom - which has a French door leading into the back yard which captures the morning sunlight - a second master bedroom, a central bathroom and a garden-side guest bedroom situated in the enclosed back yard. The bedrooms all have large windows and plenty of natural light. They all have queen beds, luxurious black Egyptian cotton sateen weave bed sheets and down pillows and duvets. All rooms have Industrial-chic ceiling fans. Both bathrooms both have vintage claw-foot tubs and fixtures - with additional shower heads - which sit in mosaic tiled arched alcoves. The kitchen is cottage style with modern appliances – vintage meets industrial chic – and opens into the dining area which is a large industrial metal dining table that seats comfortably 6 people. From here, double French doors lead into our back yard, designed with the desert in mind, a small private haven lined with tall lush green ivy walls, accentuated with a lemon tree, sage bushes, vintage chairs and table, an antique 1920’s metal glider 2-seater and in the corner, a stone fountain. In the back yard is a hidden door which opens into a 2-man sauna! In the garage you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer if needed. Meanwhile, our front desert garden is lined with David Austin English roses, night jasmine, star jasmine, bougainvillea, a lime tree, lilies of the Nile, a coral tree and a corner seating area nestled into the ferns. As you enter our home you are welcomed into our living room with an antique Persian rug and working brick fireplace. We even have a mini hand painted piano for those musical moments of inspiration! Our extensive artistic and intellectual library leads from the dining area and is there for your pleasure or props. This leads to our work study with a vintage metal desk and fully-functional printer. The house has high speed WIFI. Car is available for an additional fee depending on use. Minimum Daily Rate is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day. Rates may increase based on the number of areas needed.
