The layout includes a moveable stage, flexible bar/food stations, lighting and sound equipment, and a dedicated VIP section with dim lighting and tables for premium guests. The large dock gate at the back can be opened to extend your setup or connect with additional spaces for multi-area events. Guests also have convenient access to the attached restaurant and bar for food and beverage service. Restrooms are available inside the restaurant area, with portapotties as an optional add-on for larger events. Located in an industrial zone, the venue supports loud sound without disturbance, provided proper permits are in place.
