Very flexible space in terms of meetings, photo shoots, or small intimate events. We have one loading zone in front of the space, direct load-in 6ft from the door. There is plenty of parking nearby. Walking distance to all of Old East Durham businesses, minutes from downtown and right off the interstate. *Temporary alcohol permit needed if event will sell alcohol.
