Charming and Sophisticated in the hills of Tarzana, perfect for a photo shoot or small film production. Brick walkways and a serene setting welcome you to this lovely spacious home with four bedrooms and three baths. Living room with fireplace overlooks the lushly landscaped outdoors (mature palm trees, fruit trees and pine trees) with custom patio, built in BBQ, swimmer's pool and separate spa with a flowing rock waterfall. Outside also features an enclosed sports court with basketball, pickleball and tennis. We also have a veggie boxes on the hillside. A warm and spacious entertainment room is complimented with pool table, a fireplace with wood mantel and marble hearth, crown moldings and baseboards, wet bar, wood flooring and French doors opening to the rear patio area. (Rate based on maximum 12 people. Additional people start at $10 per person per hour. Interior crew/talent bathroom and make-up room included.) Sunlight from early morning till late day.
