About the Space

An intimate space for rehearsals, company break-out sessions, co-working, classes, wellness and exercise groups, or other small gatherings. With amenities available such as basic furniture (tables and chairs), whiteboards for brainstorming and coworking, private access codes for flexible scheduling, and conveniently located, this space is available for rent weekdays, and occasional weekends and evenings. This is an unstaffed meeting room so you can enter and exit easily. Access code will provided upon rental. Annex Flooring: The Annex has a sprung floor installed in 2023 - Dance Equipment International #500 Series Elite Springflex Hardwood Floor System with Quick Clip System and 3/8” foam. * Additional Information: - We are a 4-wall rental — clients handle their own ticketing, marketing, stage management, and liability insurance - Liability insurance is required for all rentals. Popular vendors referred upon inquiry. - All rental clients are asked to take out the trash after their event. Instructions will be provided upon rental - If a full clean is required after use, rental client will be charged $135 for a 4 hour cleaning, or portion thereof.
