Seventy five percent of the work areas receive abundant natural light buffered by a custom fitted glass facade to reduce the intensity.
Level 01 is the epicenter of the property, here you will find a lecture-size auditorium, lobby atrium, office suites and garage access.
Level 02 provides additional wet lab and office space.
Level 03 features access to Ilume’s sustainable roof-top garden with a view, fully equipped fitness center and spacious office suites.
