About the Space
The iconic Topanga boxcar house, along with its 2-acre property, is available for shoots. The furnished boxcar can be emptied if needed, and there’s a beautiful creek that runs through the property and can be accessed. Additionally, there are indoor spaces for the shoot, access to a kitchen (this would be an additional free) and large oak trees and shaded areas that create a forest or remote-looking atmosphere. Insurance Required: Renter must carry valid liability insurance covering the event/production with a minimum of $1,000,000–$2,000,000 general liability. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the host and property address as Additional Insured is required prior to approval and access. Bookings will not be confirmed without proof of coverage.
