Atmosphere: Every rental includes fog machines to create a high-production, cinematic environment for filming or dancing. Production-Ready: Instant character for music videos, TikToks, and brand shoots—minimal set dressing required. Bespoke Catering & Cocktails Elevate your event with a menu that tastes as good as the space looks: Cajun Seafood Boils: Experience our signature fresh-delivered-daily seafood boils, catered specifically for your group. Custom Mixology: Our bar team can craft a custom cocktail menu tailored to your event’s theme or brand. Rental & Bar Policy We offer one of the most accessible and transparent event spaces in Los Angeles: Hourly Rate: The listed rate covers private venue rental and facilities. Bar Tab Policy: For all celebration rentals, alcohol is not included in the base price. We open a dedicated tab for your celebration, with the final bill due at the end of the event. Surcharges: Weekend bookings and events during public operational hours are subject to a surcharge.
