It is perfect for outdoor weddings, reunions, parties, workshops, networking events, brunches and dinner parties, photo shoots, corporate and family events. Outdoor Space Includes Access: 1-acre of land including a pond with a deck for photo opportunities 1,500 sf open office building with one bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, and prep/storage space Second restroom that is accessible to guests on the side of the greenhouse. *Please note that the published rate is for weekends. For weekdays it's $185 per hour minimum of 4 hour rental.
