1-acre of land including a pond with a deck for photo opportunities
1,500 sf open office building with one bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, and prep/storage space
Second restroom that is accessible to guests on the side of the greenhouse.
*Please note that the published rate is for weekends. For weekdays it's $185 per hour minimum of 4 hour rental.
