This 115 year old building is filled with beautiful natural light and an abundance of unique angles and textures. It features original brickwork, vaulted 45 foot ceilings, concrete floor, an expansive skylights, a wood mezzanine level, and so much more. This historic LA substation will transport you to another time and place. The space blends industrial, loft-like character with elegant qualities in features like arched windows and doorways, making it incredibly versatile for photo shoots, editorial, print ads, film shoots, ecommerce, music videos, fitness videos, fashion shows, interviews, documentaries, and more. The bi-level creative space has been transformed into a manufacturing plant, a welding shop, a wedding venue, a cabaret, a stand-up venue, a CIA office, a metal bar, a farm-to-table cafe, a courthouse, a fire station, and much more. House power available for events and photo shoots utilizing strobe lights. Photo shoots and events utilizing Tungsten or HMI lighting are asked to supply their own generator or pay an additional charge for house power. Available for film and still shoots.
