About the Space

Our studio is a newly renovated warehouse located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The versatile, multi-use, customizable space is an ideal location for any type of event or film/TV shoot. The loft-style design includes 6,500 sq. ft. of open floor plan space with polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls and wooden bow-truss ceiling. The two large exhibit rooms are bisected by a center mezzanine with private office/green room (ideal for makeup station, wardrobe area or production back office) and upper observation deck. Office furniture can be rented as props or removed for a completely raw space. We are a ground-level space that opens out onto a low-traffic, mostly residential street. Trailers and large trucks can easily park directly on the street for easy ramp access. Ample parking is available either in our onsite private lot or directly across the street in a large paid lot. Additional street parking is available on surrounding streets. Large events and late-night parties are subject to additional fees.
