About the Space
Please read our bio carefully to insure the best experience. We are a top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this in the world. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly Pricing: Weekday - 5k (Half venue) Weekend - 8k (Half venue) PRODUCTIONS - $500/hr Starting March Weekday - 8hr slot 10k + Bar buyout at 15k Weekend - 8hr slot 13k+ Bar buyout at 15-20k We require our security/host team this is to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 5-7 business days of the event once everything checks out. *We offer multiple floors of this event space and green rooms. Please inquire*
