About the Space
My loft apartment is right in the city center, in downtown Montreal. Close to restaurants, stores, right next to Rene Levesque. My place is open for photoshoots, movie/video shoots, commercials and podcasts. I don’t host private parties. Our building used to be a printing business back in the early 1900s and has been transformed into residential loft apartments in 1998. My loft is a duplex (ground floor and basement - 3400 sq ft) that kept its authenticity and charm thanks to its exposed brick walls and wooden pillars. Design and decoration have been inspired by my travels across the globe. Highlights: - NY style loft - high ceilings - wine cellar - gym - sauna with inclusions of Himalayan salt - unique art pieces - high end furnitures - large wooden terrace
