About the Space

Huge industrial machine shop located in an authentic 100 year old warehouse building. High ceilings, heavy machinery, offices, etc. Scenes for the Equalizer with Queen Latifah were shot here. We also have a 12,000sf studio next door that can be rented for crew holding. Please note that the rate listed is for small-scale photo shoots. Rates vary according to the size & scope of each production. Please inquire. We are located in northern New Jersey, 20 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel.
