Welcome to our 2,000 sq. ft. sun-soaked designer corner loft in Brooklyn, NY! We are a creative, full-service photo and video studio specializing in commercial photography, editorial portraiture, product photography, and food photography. Our unique space features an open, fully functional bathroom set with Mediterranean-inspired styling, 14-foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, massive east- and south-facing windows, one-of-a-kind designer furniture, fine art, a restored vintage motorcycle, conference table, and a dedicated vanity, hair, and makeup area. Our studio has hosted productions for leading brands, production companies, media outlets, professional athletes, actors, directors, musicians, and television personalities, making it an ideal setting for a wide range of commercial and creative projects. Natural Light & Windows The loft features over 70 linear feet of 10-foot-tall south- and east-facing windows, providing beautiful natural light throughout the day and creating an ideal environment for photography and video productions. Bathroom Stage Our fully functional bathroom stage was custom designed and built with production needs in mind. It features a Mediterranean-inspired design with Venetian plaster finishes, a standing stone shower with rainhead and product alcove, reclaimed wood shelving, vintage ceramics, bronze fixtures, and carefully maintained greenery. The bathroom set is ideal for commercial productions requiring a shootable bathroom environment, with ample room for equipment and crew and convenient access to natural light. Lifestyle Set In the opposite corner, you'll find a styled lifestyle set featuring unique vintage and designer furniture, speakers, plants, and books. Nearby is a hand-built and professionally restored vintage motorcycle that adds character and visual interest to the space. Conference Area A dedicated client area includes a custom-built steel and wood conference table measuring 10' x 4.5', designer seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable space for meetings, production planning, or client work. Production Needs The studio includes a dedicated vanity and hair and makeup area, two heavy-duty rolling wardrobe racks, a full-length mirror, and plenty of spare folding tables and chairs to accommodate your production needs. Props & Equipment A variety of unique props are available on-site, with additional props and photo/video equipment available for rent to help bring your creative vision to life. Accessibility & Load-In The studio is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by stairs. A freight elevator can be operated for productions and provides convenient access directly from the sidewalk. For larger productions, a loading dock with a separate freight elevator is also available for a faster and more efficient load-in. Need More Space? Planning a larger production?
