Huge 5 Room HDB Flat at Jurong West St 42

About the Space

A 35yr old 5room hdb flat that had undergone major renovations some time back . Situated at Jurong West, its one of the bigger 5room flats with a size of 135sq.. Feel free to move around furniture, tables and any other items. Plz do take care of the place & things as if it were ur own home. Please do lift furniture, no dragging. Permanent stickers on the walls can't be removed, but can be covered If needed. Feel free to use the dining area for your lunch and dinner. This is NOT a halal place, so there are no food restrictions. Do let me know if you need to use any items in the hz for props (eg. Telephone, cutlery, curtains etc). I'm fine with the usage of such stuff. The passage way outside my house can be used to hold heavy equipment. I only have 1 direct neighbor opposite my house, so as long as there is a walkway for my neighbor to exit & enter her flat, she is fine with this arrangement . So feel free to leave things outside my flat if needed.
