2 acres of a former large estate with the main villa in a sparse suburban neighborhood set back from road a removed from neighboring homes. There is large pastural front lawn the the long sweeping driveway comes around toward the house with a turn around at the end. The villa is situated so that there is a steady decline in the rear yard away from the house but has a large flat side yard with a path to the front. The villa itself is all brick, 3 stories and is high gothic victorian dating back to 1856.
