About the Space
Holcroft is a private, 68-acre country estate on the Hudson River in Columbia County that offers old-world charm and elegance, spectacular sunsets over the Hudson and the Catskill Mountains, sweeping front lawn and a traditional English garden with an inground pool in the back. The Holcroft property, a part of the original Manor of Livingston, has been in the Livingston Family since the mid-1730s. The three-story, red brick mansion was built in 1881 and is owned and managed by decendants of the Livingston family.
