This stunning property is located in one of the most desirable vacation destinations on the east coast, the South Shore of Chilmark on Martha's Vineyard! Enjoy this spacious home and guest house with an expansive yard and private stairs down to private south shore Atlantic Ocean beach. *Rates are subject to change. A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your dates. In the event that you need to cancel, you will still be responsible for all rents due. If we can re-rent the home at the same or higher rate, all rents will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If re-rented at a lesser rate, the difference shall be retained from your payment and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
