About the Space

We have a unique and eclectic ranch located in Sun Valley, CA on a single acre of private land. We are primarily an equestrian ranch with many different animal dwelling areas, including horse stables, a chicken coop built from recycled materials and antique collectibles. and a large dirt multi-purpose arena. The horse stables and animal areas are perfect for Western movies and TV shows or any kind of period-piece story. We mainly offer EXTERIORS ONLY. If you are interested in filming inside the house, we are open to that and can discuss, but the owners still live on-site, so we would have to make the proper arrangements. The ranch also comes with a horse named Blaze, 5 chickens, 1 goose and several cute dogs and cats. We do offer some of our animals as Picture Animals, and trained Animal Wranglers for a nominal fee. Lots of antique and random pieces of furniture and equipment scattered across the property can help cheat a “junkyard look” depending on the right angle. We are open to all types of Music Videos, TV Shows, Feature Films, Commercials and Documentaries. We do require insurance and a signed contract prior to beginning filming.
