About the Space

Our house is a colorful mesh of styles and opportunities. Front exterior: "Anywhere, USA" gated driveway with a massive, gorgeous tree. Brick accents match the red door, accentuated by the lush grass lawn and well-groomed greenery. The houses on this block are often rented for filming because of their classic suburban properties. Indoor: Grandma's house. This indoor area was recently rented for a national commercial. The smallest room features wooden walls and a brass cherub double bed. The largest room is painted three different colors, features a glass-encrusted fireplace, and a mirrored hallway. The other two bedrooms are somewhere in-between, stylistically speaking, and could be modified to accommodate most needs. Cozy kitchen reminiscent of the inside of an RV. One living room with a beautiful bay window can have a fire blazing at the click of a button. The other living room is currently a kids' playroom, and could become an empty, blank canvas with minimal effort. The indoor bar area is the center of the house, with a mirrored glass display cabinet and raised-stool seating. One all-pink bathroom, top to bottom. One orange bathroom with a mirrored ceiling. One quaint breakfast nook with a mirror wall. One luxurious sun room with a mirror wall, and the other walls and ceiling all glass. I hope you like mirrors because this place has many! Backyard exterior: Large pool ranging from a depth of ~3 ft to ~8 ft. 20 ft x 20 ft customizable truss grid, perfect for stunt performance, green screen, music videos, previs shoots, aerial arts, and rigging classes. Floating cage swing, hammocks, and colorful yard furniture accentuate a playful, relaxed, modern vibe. The bright green astroturf seals the deal. We have rented our space for national commercials, proposals, music videos, classes, and more.
