About the Space

The price is negotiable. Special attention will be given to projects focused on underserviced communities, student projects, and environmental issues. The back yard is the size of a football field and left to my chickens use most of the time. As an environmentally conscious person I have grow spaces and mulch all around. We are between residential and an empty lot. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but you shouldn't expect complete silence. The house is a craftsman with crown molding painted over in white. The porch is large and has stone and wood features. A stone fireplace adorns the living room. One bathroom is quite large with large mirrors. The other about 100 square feet with a lot of vintage character including barn windows and a claw footed tub. The kitchen is modest but has vintage appeal as well. The living and dining rooms are an open plan with shelving and cabinets. The bedrooms have a lot of windows and natural light. There is a small root cellar and two work sheds which would lend themselves well to a blue collar working theme. They could also be well suited for a horror sequences. The character of the house is appropriate for film themes set in a modest income range. It's a blank slate.
