IMPORTANT NOTE: The rate is $100 per person. 2018 NEW Construction Hollywood Hills 4bed/bath 8 car parking. Totally Private with 9' Gates, Head on VIEWS of City LightsUniversal Studios, Hollywood Sign, Salt Water Pool, 15' firepit. Minutes to all the studios, Hollywood, and the freeways. Neon lighting, custon kitchen, Master bedroom with modern soaking tub. There are no neighbors below, so you enjoy ultimate privacy. Front Pivot Door of Unbreakable Glass allows you to see straight through to the panoramic views. Massive open floor plan filled with bright white porcelin, pocket sliding gliders, fully custom kitchen with floating cabinets in white high gloss and exotic african wood The Zen Den with bubbling Buddha Fountain, Firepit is optional & additional $140 per hour. We have heat lamps, tables, red carpets etc for rent as well. Master bedroom extra fee to shoot and not always approved.
