Light-filled Hollywood Hills modern Spanish home perfect for lifestyle, editorial, and theatrical shoots. Just off Laurel Canyon and Sunset, this home features a great room, three bedrooms, a children's nursery, an office (with printer and scanner for production office), an outdoor lounge area (with fireplace), an outdoor dining, and ample superbly maintained landscaping. This expertly designed home has been featured in campaigns and productions for celebrity and national clients. Prior to booking, we will happily accept site visits / scouts for a fee of $150. If you proceed with booking, this fee will be deducted from your booking total. For productions that are already booked, we offer a complimentary site visit upon request! Please note that this pricing is *only* for stills photography. For professional filming of any variety, please shoot us a message to inquire about rates.
