About the Space
Big and bright 1960s mid-century modern home along Mid-Century Row in the Hollywood Hills. The space offers traditional MCM architecture with original features and kidney bean shaped pool. Furnished by full time creative directors allowing the interior to be just as informed as the blueprints and offering a significant turn key experience. Artworks from contemporary artists are scattered throughout the space along with period appropriate furniture. Located at the top of Nichols Canyon, this property feels extremely secluded while only being a 10 minute drive down to West Hollywood or Studio City. This Hollywood Hills property is filled with lush greenery that is home to a variety of wildlife. Only a 2 minute drive to Mulholland and only 5 minutes from the infamous Runyon Canyon. This is our personal home so each request will be individually considered.
