DISCOUNT FOR FIRST FIVE BOOKINGS My home is located in the Hollywood Hills, right in between Universal Studios and Warner Bros Studio and right off of the 101. It's an easy 1 block up from the main road and has plenty of free, street parking every day of the week. The home is Mediterranean / Spanish style on the outside and a mix of mid-century modern and bohemian style on the inside. The hillside home feels like a retreat. It was built right into the mountainside in 1948 and is rumored to be actor Clark Gable's love nest. It has a fountain built into the stones in the first floor's patio, accent stone walls on the first floor, and a stone shower. The space would be ideal for documentary interviews. The furniture is simple and the space can be dressed up or down very easily. The house has a patio/veranda as soon as you enter, and has a wrap around patio and larger outdoor seating area on the second floor. The second floor is where the living room and kitchen are located. It measures at 22.5ft X 19ft. It has very high ceilings with speakers and lighting (both warm and cool lights) that can be manipulated. There is a beautiful stone fireplace as well. There are windows that span the front side of the home that let in natural light, but are not too many to cover. In terms of accessibility, there is a spiral staircase that can be used, but there is gate off to the side of the top patio that opens for larger items to be passed upstairs. The bedroom and bathroom can be used as well if needed, such as for hair & make-up.
