Located under the Hollywood sign (no view) in the historic Beachwood Canyon area with celebrity neighbors, this house is located at the bottom of the hill for easy access. This house is brand new construction, designed with painstaking detail in the style "modern farmhouse meets beach chic". The main house has a large sliding glass door against the back wall which looks out onto the back patio and across a pool to a reflective bi-fold glass door on the pool house. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (each bedroom has an en-suite), large open chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and a reading nook. The back patio has a natural gas grill, outdoor dining area, pool with built in spa, and an outdoor seating area with natural gas fire pit. The pool house has a shower that opens directly out onto the back patio for access from the pool, a sliding bar window that opens onto the seating area with fire pit, and a large bi-fold glass door that opens onto the back patio. In addition to a full, custom kitchen and living room, there is a bedroom with en-suite bath in the back that opens on to a private backyard. The pool is heated and salt water. Ecobee controlled central air and heat in the main house, custom ceiling units with A/C and heat in the pool house.
