A beautiful 3800 sq. ft. 3BR/3B Victoria Ranch just off a private paved country road sits on 14 acres. Only a few minute drive from interstate 5. The ranch features white pipe fenced horse facilities, including a riding arena . Standing on the rear deck offers a spectacular view of the mountains and a beautifully landscaped backyard. The large backyard features a pool, spa, slide, and waterfall. The house has porches off the front and back. The front porch looks out over a large yard and 17 oak trees. The Italian tiled entry way leads to a sweeping Mahogany stairway with a balcony. There is also Mahogany wood work through out. All rooms in the house are large and spacious, Including the 3 BR's. The upstairs bath has a claw foot tub, the M BTH has a spa and steamer. There are fire places in the M BR, LR, and upstairs Den. The house also has a DR, kitchen, office, and an apartment over the garage. The property allows for plenty of cars, trucks, and trailer parking.

Hold Out Ranch was the perfect location for our outdoor commercial. The house itself is gorgeous, and the sprawling lawns beautiful. Tricia was also an awesome host. I can't thank her enough for all the back and forth logistics leading up to the shoot. We had a great time, and hope to be back for another!

The Hold Out Ranch was the perfect location for our short film. Tricia was a dream and her home was very comfortable. Lots of parking and very accessible from Los Angeles. Highly recommended!
