Wir bieten unser Haus im Zentrum von Aachen-Kornelimünster, nahe Benediktinerabtei als mögliche Filmlocation für Film-, TV- oder Werbeproduktionen an. Es handelt sich um ein historisches Bruchsteinhaus aus dem Jahr 1860 (Denkmalschutz), bestehend aus zwei Gebäudeteilen, die über einen Balkon miteinander verbunden sind. Kurzbeschreibung der Location: – Gebäudeteil 1: ca. 180 m² Wohnfläche – Gebäudeteil 2: ca. 60 m², u. a. mit Werkstatt Stil: historische, massive, große, offene und helle Bruchstein Räume, Wände innen mit Lehmputz.
