This is a historical log home perfect for filming movies, music videos, or photo shoots! There are 8 acres and about 5 of those are open, clear, and level pasture with a small pond. There are about 3 acres of woods. There is a swampy treed area to the front. There is a long gravel driveway and a huge gravel area for parking in the back. You can film multiple areas and styles at this location without seeing other houses as trees are on all 3 sides and across the street making it a believalbe step back in time. There is a separate out building set up as a recording studio, but it isn't fully finished and would need some clearing of materials to be usable. The inside of the house is still very rustic with wooden doors and wooden paneled walls and beams in some areas.
