Outside patio area is also available. The second story offers a raw, blank slate, with a wall of windows and 2 skylights. Located just across the river from downtown Cincinnati in Newport KY. Available for Events, Production, Film, and Photo Shoots. Also offer a second location which is more intimate and perfect for smaller events such as Showers, Parties, Corporate Events, and small Weddings

    This space is so inspiring. From brick walls to vintage furniture and everything in-between. Plenty of space and easy first-floor access and bathroom. I highly recommend this venue!
