About the Space

A historic rock n roll basement bar located right in downtown Seattle. Bar / event space located in downtown Seattle between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The space was previously a grunge era recording studio / rehearsal space with tenants including Nirvana in the late 1980s / early 1990s. From 1991 on the space remained dormant until we opened in 2016 but the charm, mystique and history remain. 2 rooms offer 2 full bars, a stage for live music / karaoke / DJs with booth and high top seating. A lifetime's worth of priceless authentic music memorabilia, records and artifacts adorn the walls and ceilings.
