About the Space
On the "Boulevard," a historic preservation neighborhood filled with houses built, like ours, in 1902 or thereabouts. Wide, tree lined street walking distance to downtown, restaurants, bars, as well as walking/biking distance to trails and Sandy Creek Nature preserve. Beautiful train tracks not far but noise is far enough that it is not impactful on our street. Our backyard is a lush 1/2 acre, tons of privacy abutting a very large private, secret green space that is shared by a few houses. This is a tranquil, Southern area with an abundance of expert gardeners, always something blooming in our yard and our neighbors. Plentiful parking.
