About the Space

Historical, sum what industrial feel office/studio space in a commercial building circa 1890’s. 18 foot high ceilings with extremely tall sash windows and an oversized, over height antique French door. Brick walls dripping in character. Props include tons of indoor plants as well as modern, mid century and antique furnishings. Centrally located in a downtown historical district steps to the harbour.

    Fantastic north light windows!! A beautiful natural light studio, with great pay parking off Pandora very close. Not a lot of room, but lots of possibilities. I moved a bit of things around and it worked great. Easy and resonable.
