Nice space!
Perfect space for sit down interviews for our documentary. Ryan was a very communicative host and it was a pleasure working with him. Would definitely
We had a terrific experience, the crew loved the space. Would definitely shoot there again. Thanks Ryan!
Spectacular, one-of-a-kind space where every detail has been carefully thought out to honor the rare charm of South Street Seaport while offering the modern aesthetic of luxurious living. This 1888 landmarked building was originally home to a wine warehouse. Upon entry, be mesmerized by the soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, and original refinished oak floors. The first floor offers an exceptional entertaining space with an open kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, and large eastern-facing paned windows that fill the space with natural light from the East. The first floor is all that is available for production use. The breathtaking open kitchen features elegant Carrera marble stone countertops, custom walnut cabinetry and a sushi bar. Top-of-the-line Subzero appliances, wine cooler, double oven with a five-burner range and hood.
