About the Space

Built in 1912 for Didaco Bianchi and designed by Lang & Witchell, this Mission Revival landmark is one of Dallas’s great architectural survivors. After a major fire in 2013, the house was brought back with a restoration that put craft first: French interlocking clay tile, cast-stone quatrefoil parapet reliefs, and original character in every room. For productions, it’s a rare combination of authenticity and versatility. The exterior reads instantly as period, Southwestern, or old-world Mediterranean. Inside, the rooms are intentionally dark and layered, built for mood, shadow, and rich material texture. It’s ideal for editorial, fashion, film, music video, and brand campaigns that want depth instead of a white box. The newly landscaped grounds, with low, warm landscape lighting, give you strong exterior options from golden hour into night. Great for Fashion and editorial · Period film and TV · Music videos · Commercial and brand campaigns · Portraits · Architectural photography
